Preston Manor High School Banned Non-Uniform Day!


The headteacher has decided to ban 'non-uniform day', and some of the students are profoundly upset and annoyed by this decision. The reasons for this sudden and unpleasant move may be down to the student's lack of concentration during lessons when they have the freedom to dress up for the day or forget to bring a £1.

The majority of the pupils have always enjoyed wearing their choice of clothes even if it's for a day and make a real effort to look good in them. Again, this may be because they want to show their friends, feel more relaxed or like the idea of dressing up for a change. Nonetheless, it's all over now and strictly school uniform from now on.

I've made discoveries & researched on a variety of matters, particularly on people for some time now. To be precise, it began in 2009 with Micheal Jackson.  I get intrigued or fascinated about someone or something then I start investigating or researching in great depth. 2020: Kabul University & Afghan Journalists

Alongside the corona-virus crisis, other things took place that made the year 2020 more dreadful and tragic, having a bitter impact on people living in Afghanistan, especially students & journalists. From the start of November 2020, multiple attacks occurred, all at a short space of time, starting with Kabul university - killing numerous students, all young and full of ambitions. A few days after the devastating assassination of a well established & prominent journalist named Yama Siawash happened. Seeing or hearing about the Kabul University attack had upset me a lot - leaving me in tears twice and then discovering about the murder of such a young successful and talented journalist saddened me even further. The only place I would remember is Afghanistan.  A place which is full of dust and heat. A place where blood and tears have streamed down more than rain, for over 30 years. A place where innocent & harmless people have been hurt, wounded and killed because of the long the tragic war and ongoing violence. Lives have shattered. Covid 19: A Period of Uncertainty & Isolation - March 2020 - July 2020

It's one thing hearing about critical times and another having to live it. We have all heard stories about periods or countries having experienced numerous discomfort or danger. Though Diana never thought in her wildest dreams, it would become her reality too - especially in an advanced country such as the UK, London. Freedom and free will, something we value dearly and don't usually give much thought to as it is automatically given what with being in advanced countries, had become quite limited due to a hazardous virus called COVID 19. A virus that has possibly originated from China and caused too much disturbance around the globe.
