Alongside the corona-virus crisis, other things took place that made the year 2020 more dreadful and tragic, having a bitter impact on people living in Afghanistan, especially students & journalists. I presumed it was my parents, so I immediately got up and hurried down the stairs with relief. However, when I got to the door and opened it, there was no one there. I swiftly shut the door and began panicking and, my breathing got heavier.  I was petrified. My heart was beating rapidly to the point where I thought it would just stop and I would die. My blood was rushing, and my teeth stuttered, causing my body to sh...
